Yihai Kerry Arawana (SHE:300999) forecasts its daily related-party transactions will reach 69.2 billion yuan in 2027, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The amount includes 51.3 billion yuan in transactions with Wilmar International and 17.9 billion yuan in transactions with other related parties.
The agriculture and food processing company's shares fell 2% during recent trading on Thursday.
