0818 GMT - Sanofi reported strong results for the third quarter and raised its full-year guidance, which should be well received by investors, J.P. Morgan analysts say in a research note. The French drugmaker's blockbuster drug Dupixent--developed jointly with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals--accounted for around half of the company's sales beat relative to consensus estimates, according to JPM. But vaccines sales came in better than the consensus anticipated, even if they declined compared with the year-earlier period, the analysts say. Sanofi's new full-year guidance should drive upgrades of between 3% and 5% to consensus forecasts, they add.
