Hasbro (HAS) has several growth drivers in toys and gaming that could support earnings expansion through at least 2028, UBS Securities said Tuesday in a report.
UBS raised its 2026 earnings estimate to $7.20 a share from $6.16 following Hasbro's Q3 results, citing strength in the Wizards of the Coast division, including Magic: The Gathering, along with momentum in the toy business.
UBS sees potential upside to Q4 results, supported by demand for Magic: The Gathering products and distribution gains. Inflation pressures also appear less severe than investors had feared, while long-term contracts for resin and other raw materials should help limit cost increases, the report said.
The Wizards of the Coast segment continues to benefit from growth in its core business, expansion into new markets including China, broader distribution in the US and efforts to extend tabletop gaming franchises into digital channels, the report said.
UBS raised its price target on Hasbro stock to $137 from $120 and maintained its buy rating.
