Life360 (ASX:360) is expected to post "strong" growth in monthly active users alongside a higher conversion rate to paying circles when it reports third-quarter results on Nov. 10, Jefferies said in a Monday note.
Expectations are low heading into the results, and the investment firm believes this presents a buying opportunity considering that Life360 is trading at a steep discount to its closest competitor.
Life360 also appears to be relatively insulated from artificial intelligence-linked disruption in the longer term. AI is an opportunity for the company rather than a threat, as Life360's AI agent could be monetized either as a small monthly add-on or bundled into premium packages if it succeeds in delivering strong outcomes for families, Jefferies said.
Additionally, the equity research firm expects conversion to paying circles to improve as Life360 boosts the utility of paid plans, with pet tracking now bundled into lower-tier subscriptions. Family coordination features and potential future senior-oriented products should expand users' willingness to pay.
Jefferies maintained a buy rating on Life360 while raising the price target to AU$30 from AU$29.
The company's shares gained about 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
