1131 ET - Palantir's third-quarter results and raised guidance suggest that the company's "Sovereign AI" proposition of letting customers control their internal AI workflows is building momentum, Deutsche Bank analysts write in a note. Sovereign AI helped fuel 148% growth in Palantir's U.S. commercial business, where revenue overtook the U.S. government business for the first time. "Palantir has solidified itself as the go-to partner (or so-called diffusion layer) for enterprise AI, converting raw model intelligence and tokens into real- world business outcomes," the analysts write. "Accelerating revenue at this scale, alongside evidence of faster pilot-to-production conversion, suggests underlying adoption remains exceptionally strong." Palantir is down 3.7%.
