Nippon Prologis REIT (TYO:3283) repurchased treasury stock worth 3.75 billion yen in October, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Monday.
The logistics REIT acquired a total of 46,857 investment units, the filing said.
The August 2026 authorization allows the company to repurchase up to 130,000 investment units for as much as 10 billion yen. It runs from Aug. 31 to Nov. 20.
