Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining (SHE:000426) said two of its directors completed acquiring additional shares in the company, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
Zhang Shucheng and Sun Kai both bought 40,000 shares each in the mining company for approximately 881,200 yuan and 887,700 yuan, respectively.
After the transaction, Zhang's and Sun's respective stakes are 0.0084% and 0.0158%.
