Ganfeng Lithium (SHE:002460, HKG:1772) Chair Li Liangbin on Oct. 30 released a pledge of 24 million shares, or 6.34% of his holdings and 1.14% of total share capital.
Following the release, Li and concert parties hold 91.4 million pledged shares, equal to 22.46% of their combined stake and 4.36% of total capital, a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse showed.
