Meta Platforms (META) is looking to raise at least $20 billion from a possible cross-border investment-grade bond offering, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
No final decision on the offering has been made, and the size could change depending on investor demand, the report said, citing the people. The social media giant has asked Citigroup (C) and Morgan Stanley (MS) to hold investor calls on Monday and Tuesday, the people reportedly said.
Meta didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
