AbbVie's (ABBV) global license agreement with Brise Pharmaceuticals for two preclinical migraine programs is potentially valued at up to $757 million plus royalties on sales, China-based Brise said Monday.
Brise said the total potential transaction value includes development, commercial, regulatory and sales milestones. Several near-term milestones have been achieved, Brise added.
Under the agreement signed by the companies in 2024, Brise said it is in charge of drug discovery while AbbVie will lead global development and commercialization activities.
