Samsung Life Insurance (KRX:032830) will list and quote $1.5 billion of 6.875% Tier II subordinated capital securities on the Singapore Exchange's Bonds Market on Nov. 3.
The securities comprise two tranches and will not be eligible for settlement through the Central Depository, according to a Monday Singapore exchange filing.
