Top Bright Holding (TPE:8499) subsidiary, Long Young Electronic (Kunshan), acquired 60 million yuan of wealth management products from CITIC Securities, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The purchase comprises 30 million yuan of CITIC Securities Fixed-Income Premium Series 147 and Series 146 income certificates.
The acquisitions were made as short-term investments with a one-time payment, funded by equity capital.
