Ubiqconn Technology's (TPE:6928) board approved a lease renewal with related party Popular Computer for office space and parking facilities in Taipei, Taiwan, with a right-of-use asset value of NT$75.2 million.
The five-year lease runs from Jan. 1, 2027, to Dec. 31, 2031. It covers office space of 1,275.31 ping and 28 parking spaces.
The company said the renewal would reduce the time and costs involved in finding alternative office space and parking facilities.
