Sezzle (SEZL) shares jumped 15% amid heavy trading after the company posted higher-than-expected Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Almost 1.56 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of over 605,000.

Xeris Biopharma (XERS) reported Q3 earnings and sales above analyst estimates and raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook.

Shares soared 25%, with intraday trading volume catapulting to nearly 8.83 million from a daily average of about 2.40 million.

Precision BioSciences (DTIL) said it priced an underwritten offering of 10.2 million shares at $7.75 per share and pre-funded warrants to buy up to 5.89 million shares at roughly $7.75 per pre-funded warrant, targeting gross proceeds of $125 million.

Shares climbed 22% as intraday trading volume rose to roughly 2.24 million from the stock's daily average of about 253,000.
