Behneh filed for an initial public offering.
The Singapore-based financial technology company plans to offer 5 million shares for $3 to $5 apiece.
It intends to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker BENE.
Behneh offers cross-border payments to retail and institutional clients, including collection on behalf and payment on behalf services.
Its core business facilitates international transfers and related payment processing services. In addition to remittances, Behneh has more recently expanded into providing advisory services.
Following a 2023 inspection, deficiencies were identified in Behneh's money laundering and terrorism defense controls. Issues included customer due diligence and wire-transfer compliance.
Behneh said it has since implemented remediation measures to strengthen its security and compliance measures.
In the six months ended April 30, 2026, one customer accounted for 85% of Behneh's revenue. Total revenue during that time increased 17% to $504,893, compared with the same period the year before.
