$趣店(QD)$趣店股價跌不休，又遭起訴，公關能給力？
趣店上市後的光環一下子就沒了，股價更是從首日30多美金，一路看跌，如今只剩10多美金。 現在，又有律師找上了門，從律師兩點訴訟原因看
1、趣店的壞賬催收力度不足，或者根本不存在，因爲該公司在採訪中稱“把壞賬當做福利”；
2、趣店的數據系統和貸款審批功能不足，現有數據系統不足以保護借款人的數據信息，而數據泄露已經發生。
對此趣店迴應，成一定會積極爲自己辯護。 其實，趣店的創始人羅敏自己已經在之前的採訪中稱，“凡是過期不還的，我們這裏就是壞賬，我們的壞賬，一律不會催促他們來還錢。電話都不會給他們打。你不還錢，就算了，當作福利送你了。就這樣。” 那時剛剛上市股價大漲下的衝動，讓羅敏不顧一切地說下了上面的豪言，可如今卻成了律師的訴訟證據。 而以前的自媒體也爆出過“趣店數據疑似外泄，十萬可買百萬學生信息”的消息。
而美國的律師恰恰抓住了這一些信息，在40%集體訴訟的賠償金的誘惑下，將趣店告上法庭。 趣店在“面具”風波後聘任了一位媒體大咖打理公關事宜，不知道在處理這份美國官司上，趣店的處理能力將會怎樣？
