$Credit Bureau Asia(TCU.SI)$based on the latest annual report for 31 Dec 2020, it states that "Rewarding Shareholders: Our efforts would not have been possible without the support of our shareholders. As the Company was only listed on 3 December 2020 and as indicated in our Prospectus, the Board intends to recommend dividends of at least 90.0% of the Group's net profit after tax attributable to Shareholders for the year ending 31 December 2021 (“FY2021”) and the year ending 31 December 2022 (“FY2022”). We expect to declare our first interim dividend as a listed company around third quarter after our half-year FY2021 results announcement." which works out to be around 4% dividend! 

"Apart from driving organic growth within our existing markets, we are also exploring opportunities to expand to other territories in the ASEAN region whether organically, or through acquisitions, joint ventures or partnerships."

Too long without good news.. Can't wait for good news to be released, very soon!!
