I have not been using eBay for a few years. It waa good at the start but it’s service has gone downhill. The recovery service for a bador damaged inventory is really bad. Staff at eBay can’t help u resolve any problem. Theyasked to resolve it with the sellers.  Not friendly. This happened on a few occasion when I bought vintage phone and the phone came smashed or damaged. 


On the other side, my experience with Alibaba has been positive. I would get a call fromthe customer service to discuss the refunding or service recovery option. That’s really give me a lot of confidence to keep buying and trusting them to protect the buyer and Sellwr interest. I hope Alibaba can sort the delivery that are done out of China. A recent case came up where the local delivery company in Singapore delayed the delivery for a weekand the service recovery was bad.
