    not so easy to get the digi banking license in Malaysia for Singapore company, when especially an ex Malaysia company turned Singapore company (grab). malaysia culture will not take kindly to that.

      malaysia definitely is giving out digital bank licenses. that I have doubts.  what i doubt is grab will get the licence because they take them as traitor.

      eager and desperate is one thing,singtel / grab is not the only contestant.they will not give to them due to what I say. unless corruption is more on singtel/ grab side. that is my take.
