Recently suppose to receive dividends for 2 of my stock. The dividend payout is recorded in my statement but it was not pay out actually to me. Wrote a few emails to tiger, they just brush me off by saying the statement show they paid. When I asked them to show me the proof of my fund record that it was paid, they could not.
So please check your account and tally with your statement. Anyway, I'm slowly reducing my position in Tiger and moving to another exchange.
