So even Non-US share holders are Eligible for the dividends ? How would they be given ?

  No. Thats only applicable to cash dividend. We’re receiving in preferred shares. By the way this is CIA76. replying for my wife

  Hmm but as per US IRs non- ResidentS are liable to 30% Taxes on dividends. tiger deducts this before paying It to us from my understanding. Im from Singapore :)

  All Shareholders are eligible for Dividents, difference is if ur a non-us citizen, you pay extra taxes, I dont know what your rate is, im in canada and i pay a total of 30% whatevre dividend
