$Tattooed Chef, Inc(TTCF)$is gonna be a really great company 5-6 years down the road. Even though a small YouTuber has turned most of his fans against this company, let me remind you again why this company is my favourite
Summary of my notes from today's Oppenheimer investor conference. New information included:
• TC total branded sales +34% YTD at Target.
• IRI frozen scan data (last 12 weeks) TC is ranked #16 nationally out of 137 brands with only 24% ACV
• TC brand is outselling Amy’s, Lean Cuisine and Stouffer
• Recently launched 16 week cable TV and digital media campaign
• Partnering with Dot Foods (largest re-distributor in U.S.). Note for those that aren’t familiar, a “redistributor”is a trucking company that consolidates multiple brands into a single delivery.
• Food of New Mexico plant expected to be manufacturing Tattooed Chef brand Mexican and Hispanic products by end of 2021.
• Karsten facility expected to be selling Tattooed Chef products by Q-1 2022. This may include snacks.
• Interviewer mentioned that manufacturers are being forced to increase prices due to increased cost on inputs. Stephanie Dieckmann stated that TC is in a good place on input costs
