Just seeing if I understand what’s coming. Let’s say I own 1k TRCH. On or after June 24, it becomes 1k MMAT (but if you’re a current MMAT holder, 1k MMAT becomes 4K?) also on or June 24, we get paid out a 1 time dividend for the amount of shares we own. No price set yet but could range from $0.50-$45? Thanks in advance! $Torchlight Energy Resources(TRCH)$

    Im wondering too of your analysis is correct then it makes more sense to buy MMAT as it is roughly around the same price and it would quadruple after on 24?

    Ok. Done the DD. TRCh shareholders will get 1:1 Shares of MMAT. MMAT shareholders will get 3.6:1 shares of MMAT. Price traded after 30th will be last done price of TRCH.
