Nvidia Bubble: Sell The Rip

Have you checked Google and MS margins on their cloud business????

Why aren't their customers making their own cloud services? Why aren't they funding some startups to compete with the big ones?

Yes, I'm sure MS and Google and will give AMD money to make better products than Nvidia. And then what? Then AMD will take in those 98% margins LOL.

The only reason they are interested in making their own chips is because they have to. Not because Nvidia is too expensive but because Nvidia is obviously making steps to get into the cloud space (see DGX cloud). So they must expand their options to stay competitive with their cloud solutions before Nvidia starts eating their lunch.

Nvidia is super clever. They partner with everyone and their mother. They go big on the CSPs but they also offer DGX cloud for those who aren't customers of Google/AWS/Azure. The reason is simple, Nvidia wants a super widespread of CUDA. They want CUDA to become for AI what Windows is for the x86 PC world. And once that goal is reached then they can start offering cheaper services and dominate the entire market just like MS is with Windows.

Of course, there will be these freedom fighting open source heroes with AMD and OpenCL / PyTorch and so on who will forever fight Nvidia the Goliath but just like with Linux, commercially nobody will care. $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$ $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$
