IT industry is looking to me at a bargain prices taking into account the growth they will have in the next 5-10 years. I´m looking at IT industry like a leading indicator of recession.
I mean, their stocks have been punished big time already since they´ve already "living" the recession since their clients are telling them they will wait longer to star some IT projects. However, companies can not scape the coming technological challenges and sooner than later they will have to keep up with the IT projects and make the investments they are now putting on hold.
So, maybe their stocks have more to go down but at the current prices the upside for the next 3-5 year is huge. This week I opened positions on EPAM and Endava. $JD.com(JD)$
