    From what i understand they are giving us a preferred share, Which can be sold to get cash. Hence i think its just cash dividend and we dont Go through standard cash dividend that is taxable?

      I read this too.. But not too sure about the terms cause there's the preferred shares/ dividends. Just hoping it's not taxable

    DividenD for non usa resident is 30% by USA Govt. Means we Sgrean will only get 70% of the dividend. For share That u sold at profit wont be tax. Hope this explain.
