Rising interest rates will add to pretax quarterly earnings, somewhere north of 10%.

Maybe share this increase with shareholders as a running special dividend until Cash hoard used or interest rates drop ?

No dividend increase in 5 years despite healthy EPS bump and Cash generation in the face of share price drop.

Would also boost share price used as "currency" for any acquisition and counter market perception of not shareholder friendly. $Simulations Plus(SLP)$
