JDs ecosystem is to expensive to run. That's why PDD was able to grow so fast while still having a 10 times higher margin. PDD and BABA are clearly better positioned while JD will keep losing daily active users. I lived in Shanghai and loved Taobao (Baba, mostly for clothes) and JD for electronics. But I can see that other players offer now better deals than JD (just go to their webpages to compare their prices).
