Mapletree Investments has always been in the forefront of trending acquisitions, from data centres to commercial properties and more recently making its first move into Japan logistics market by acquiring Chikushino Logistics Centre in Kyushu, Japan. With this latest acquisition, Mapletree Investments is looking to strengthen its footing 7 of the 8 regions in Japan, in hopes to improve the logistics value chain as well.
