The house of cards will be crumbling one at a time.
Interest rates will increase,
Treasury yields will continue rising.
Bonds will be snapped up.
Earnings for third quarter will be disappointing.(Semiconductor companies)
Energy prices will continue to rise as the oil producing nations will decrease production.
Brics will have new interests amongst other nations ( de dollarisation )
Debt defaulters will increase. (Credit and mortgages )
Banks will post this in their next earnings report.
Loans will be tighter for manufaturing.

For the overbought crowd: You are going to get burned. You need to compare SOXL to its holdings, and then compare it too its all time high. You will see its undervalued, it needs to be around $75.
The Fed shouldn’t effect the market unless there is surprise bad news, we already know how the economy is performing and we know another hike is coming. What we need to watch is earnings from the companies held in this fund, they all better do great or a sell off will happen. Be prepared.
Anyone feel this is the high selloff into fed meeting sell the news on earnings 21 before end of next week?
