#Options Strategy Test
I am now looking at the calendar spread strategy.
I noted that the dates for calendar spread is pre-determined by a certain pre-set dates given by the system.
If i have in mind the following buy call calendar spread strategy:
AAPL 18 Aug/20 Oct $195, i am not able to find the expiry date of 18 Aug on the short leg side, the closest to my strategy is the preset date of 2 months interval of 4 Aug. See below:
1) Can i change the dates like placing on individual option rather than use a pre-set date given by the system?
2) Can I also change the strike price, instead of the traditional calendar, Im using a diagonal spread.
Using the same example above, I now want to place a diagonal buy call spread as follows:
AAPL buy call 20 Oct $195
AAPL sell call 18 Aug $200
Can I use the app to place a diagonal call strategy as above? Using your pre-set date of 4 Aug on the short leg is ok, I just want to vary the strike price from $195 to $200 on the long leg.
3) How do U use your custom strategy?
Can I use ut to place any multiple strategy more tgan 2 legs like iron condor, butterfly, etc.
