$NXBR(NXBR)$ hi guys, have u read the new S1？ i think some key words r, transfer to AST, receive % of newco stocks, 60days.... Anyone can share the pros and cons for transferring to AST as a foreigner? Thanks

So far no head or tail on this...but I only know that there will be a cost for the transfer...After that what there is to gain from this,I also not sure,plus it's like a no ending pit hole..
