I've wanted to buy SNOW $Snowflake(SNOW)$ since before it IPO'd. I felt the IPO price was way too high and held back waiting for the customary drop that always follows. I'm glad I did. The thing is it opened so high that even with the drop in price it has had, it's still too expensive for my taste. I'm still waiting. I think its already high valuation is why it hasn't soared with most of the other AI related tech stocks over the last few months. I was hoping I was missing something and you would show me what it was. Alas, you have shown me that it is what it is. A stock with a 280 PE.
I think it's a great company. I always have but that PE is way to rich for my taste and if the last few month are any indication, not necessarily a stock with much price growth potential over at least the next couple years even with the company's growth in the artificial intelligence area of their cloud based information infrastructure business.
