I saw a comment on one of my articles today, saying that she was disappointed because the bull market seemed over and stocks were going to go red.
Now, months ago, I would have panicked as well but as of today, I just shrugged. It is the market, come on, it will have its ups and downs, just like us having happy and sad days. I think I may have learnt how to deal with it. The best way, I feel, to invest is by ignoring the market. I tend to look at the market prices less these days. I mean, I still do, just to get a feel but I am less reactive. I think this point is important because it keeps me sane and less prone to buying or selling on impulse. What about the days when shares don't do well?
Well, the first thing to do is to keep your average lower. That way, even if you lose, you don't lose much skin. Much patience is required (as I have learnt) during a bull market because its the worst time to buy when everything is on a high. Much courage is needed when you buy in a bear market. Take $NIO Inc.(NIO)$
I would like to add here that the money I've invested isn't needed immediately. Its something I can leave with losing. This point is important in keeping me sane. I also buy the stocks in small and manageable amounts.
Finally, when I buy in a company, I make sure its good. Or at least in the industry I am eyeing. For now, it is EV. I am not buoyed by AI's uptrend but it is something worth looking at. Of course, I would like to add that I do not "buy in" advice or news from magazines that endorse certain stocks. Why? Even if I read about them, I read with a punch of salt. If all their recommendations are true, by then, the price would already have been factored in.
That being said, these are the ways I try to "beat" myself, so that I stick to a certain direction and strategy. Remember, investing is for the long run, especially if you want to make it big. That's what I think anyway.

Well there's a huge motivation to advertise a higher range estimate. One of the biggest reasons some people don't buy EVs is concern over range and charging.
Keep buying the dip of TSLA. This won’t become a baggage because main trend is upwards
