I booked an apartment for 5 nights from July 29 to Aug 2 and then the confirmation came back as July 30 to Aug 4.
I didn't change these dates from my original booking because I am flying off on the Aug 2.

What happening here and I think someone in your head department need to be step down
immediately. Your current share prices NYSE is blinding your past awesome services. So now
ripping off customers are the new game now to have the share market price stay above $3000 a share as we speak.
Let work out the maths here. Let say each cancellation charged USD$50 for cancelling here and if 20,000 average people around the world were to cancel their BOOKINGS and here is USD$1 million let say
in a day.
I wonder SEC do check on this type of so called cancelling practice by this company.
