The key question is when will Masdar City be up and running. While tracking the 175 Bitcoins that Mara sent a few days ago, which ultimately wound up in what I believe is the JV construction wallet, this new wallet now holds 7,035 Bitcoins at a value of 183 Million. I will be watching this wallet closely, as I anticipate that these proceeds are being used for the construction of Masdar City. If so, the amount of Bitcoin in this wallet should drop as construction proceeds. I would think that once this account has a value of less than 20 million, then the Masdar City project has been completed and mining will start.
