Palantir Technologies Inc. inked a pact with Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli IRCCS, (Policlinico Gemelli), to implement AI-based digital medicine research solutions.
The companies will work towards the development of AI-based digital medicine solutions for healthcare research in Italy.
Policlinico Gemelli's digital research center, Generator RWD, will utilize Palantir Foundry as one of the key enabling platforms to manage the full scale and complexity of healthcare data.
"More and more of the industry is wielding this power to discover novel therapies, improve patient care and increase treatment efficiency and effectiveness," said Andrea Galvagni, Head of Italy at Palantir.
PLTR joining the AI bandwagon
During its Q2 results last month, CEO Alex Karp said PLTR's AI platform has added customers across more than 100 organizations in less than three months.
"The demand for AIP is unlike anything we have seen in the past 20 years. We are currently in discussions with more than 300 additional enterprises to deploy AIP within their organizations," Karp said then.
Palantir also announced that the company's next AIPCon will be held on Sept. 14 at 12:00 p.m. ET as a live stream on Palantir's YouTube channel.
AIPCon will feature Palantir CEO, Alex Karp, and Palantir CTO, Shyam Sankar, who will provide an in-depth look at Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) and illustrate specific examples of how customers can utilize the platform for their AI needs.
Consolidation in a slightly elevated channel
Prefer to buy at the golden zone during the dip early this week with discount. The AAPL event could affect the market so the fruit chart could come in handy on Monday's trading session. The CPI data on Wednesday at 8:30 am would seal the deal for the rest of the week. No risk, no gain but let's take the calculated risk with a stop loss! π

I've been in the stock since early May ($9) when it broke through the 50-100 and 200 DMA all within 1 day. While I await big things to happen some day at PLTR, I sell calls out of the money when it gets pricey.
If I did own PLTR (and I do not!), I would hold it as long as it took me to get my finger on the sale button.
Another hype stock. Stay clear.
AI is over now. Take losses and run away, far away. Shorts own us and the market. They want to cover before next quarter which should include inclusion into S&P 500. Look for more negative pressure until mid Nov.
can you imagine PLTR is not even in S&P500
