If you're trying to extract money from the public, why would you want a sharp rise after the IPO? Only insiders holding till lockup care about that. The company itself benefits. The press commentary on IPOs has this backwards. The PR surrounding post-IPO movement is utterly irrelevant long term.
below 40 sounds good. but personally, I'll buy at 34-36 then average $ARM Holdings Ltd(ARM)$ $Instacart, Inc. (Maplebear Inc.)(CART)$
