The spread between gold and 2,000 is growing wider.
Gold is 0.7% away from a negative year with literally all of the conditions in place for gold:

And to be clear, I think the reason is more than just Bitcoin de-monetizing gold.
If BTC didn’t exist, I’d rather be:
(1) 100% $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$
(2) 50:50 $Apple(AAPL)$ $Alphabet(GOOG)$
(3) 100% Berkshire
I’d much rather do any of those 3 than have any allocation to gold.
