How do I evaluate $Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ growth & future evaluation?

If you are constantly looking stock price to determine it's valuation, you are doing all wrong!

Look at market cap instead. $100 = 25b cap. What if it goes $500? = 125b. Possible?

Let's dive in. 2021 highest growth was ~60m user at 7.8B revenue in.

So revenue x multiple = valuation,

Lowest - 8B x multiple 5 = 40B

Mid - 8B x multiple 7 = 56B

High - 8B x multiple 10 = 80B

Taking all average above, would be 60B to be reasonable valuation based on year 2021!

which translates $240 to be fairly value.

WHICH I HAVE NOT INCLUDE THE BELOW CATALYST!

Coinbase is highly correlates with #Bitcoin and #altcoin,

1. so volatility = revenue 👆

2. Altcoins asset higher , fee 👆

3. Expansion mode to other countries, eating Competitors lunch.

4. 2021 total user was 56m. 2022 was 100m by end of this year would be 150m

Imagine what would that translates in terms of revenue in Q4.

150m in 2023 is 200% growth from 2021!

With bull market 🟢 in crypto in next two years, if you still can't see where this is going, I am pretty sure wealth is not on your side.

So now if u ask me, is $100 COIN expensive? It is freaking undervalued!
