$Vivos Therapeutics(VVOS)$ Someone posted a link showing that they diluted another 3+ million shares via warrants in November, thus that quadruples the market cap to around 80-90 million. Unfortunately, once this is officially published, it will drop the share price back down to $10 or lower.
People already know, hence the drop. Only some retail don't know and they wouldn't hold up the price anyways. That's a lot of shares added when there were only 1 million to begin with. Some of these companies use the Market likes it's an ATM, not caring about investors.
