Patrick Gelsinger, in the fall of 2020 said something like this, “ we have not seen losses like this in 30 years, we will be spending money to make the tech necessary for the turn around. It’s unfortunate we have to do it in such a harsh economic environment that impacts our industry negatively.”

Pat said this while AMD $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ and NVIDIA $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ grow revenue and Earnings and have the best performance they’ve ever seen. Today Intel continues to pay dividend, make less earnings on top of less revenues then what it did decades ago. Patrick still wants to spend more while it produces less.

The CEO of Intel is missing managing your company and said “tough times” while the rest of chip companies grow.

Intel $Intel(INTC)$ is a sinking ship. Markets are made of prediction and reaction. I predict that this company will continue to bleed out cash on top of producing less revenue.[Facepalm]
