Who on gods green earth is buying $Hawaiian(HA)$ over $Spirit Airlines(SAVE)$ here? Re $HA you have 4 bucks of upside against 7 bucks downside, but will have to wait 15-18mos to get paid. About a 30-35% risky return, assuming it closes.
SAVE offers 14-15 bucks up, prob 10-12 bucks down now - for a trial already in the books and getting paid in 2mos prob.
And you need the SAVE outcome to get paid on the HA outcome (probably)…
