1. Let’s say $Broadcom(AVGO)$ trades at the current PE (ttm) of only 32.32 —> At EOY 2025, the $AVGO share price would potentially increase to 32.32 x $55.82 or $1,804.10/share. 🙂
2. Let’s say the $Broadcom(AVGO)$ expands upward (similar to $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ ) to a PE (ttm) of 61.35 —> At EOY 2025, the AVGO share price would potentially increase to 61.35 x $55.82 or $3,424.56/share. 😀 Broadcom Dividend Policy: Pay out 50% of Free Cash Flow as dividends to reward investors! (Very few companies are this generous).
