Yes, definitely. This really sparks the image of Elon Musk for Tesla. I have great belief in his long term vision and his ability to make a company successful. He exudes a certain charm that makes him draw attention to him.
Given his nature, he is able to influence how the market views Tesla and I have used his standing in the media as a guide for some buy-sell decisions regarding Tesla. TSLA remains my biggest money maker in my portfolio.
Other notable CEOs like Steve Jobs for Apple, or Berkshire's Buffett typically are beacons for stability thus attract long term investments but Elon Musk is a great CEO profile for trading purposes.
