$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$   one of the books which I liked very much from last year read was The Atomic Habit. It's a book that guides us on how to make a good habit or kill a bad one. For instance, it's all about that 1% of improvement that we make on a daily basis that will have a snowball and lasting effect on our daily lives. Another great lesson from the book is that in order to create a habit, you need to make the cues obvious. Apart from being obvious, you need to make it rewarding. Next, it has to be easy to make it and lastly, make the reward satisfying. From the book, everything has to be broken down into baby steps and then gradually chained together for it become a positive habit in our lives. Give it a read guys if you haven't already. You won't regret it, that I can assure you 😉
