Only 21% of Black Friday sales,

Isn't that a lot less than AMZN market share in past?

It means that 71% of last minute shoppers DID NOT buy from AMZN and 79% of Black Friday sales were NOT at AMZN.

Bloomberg quantified what I said right after Black Friday:

All North American Fulfillment General Managers have been told to cut staff and cut Mandatory Extra Time (MET) since sales were even below the low end of Expectations!
