Losing sleep over stocks is common these days with the market swinging so much.

I lost sleep when I started trading options. It's not stock stock per se but trading options at that point in time was a horrible experience for me.

I was waking up every 2-3 hours to check on my options and see if I got profits. And sometimes, my eyes are just glued to the screen.

Something I learn from this experience is to know what you are buying and having conviction in the instruments that you got.

Stay strong kings!
Have you ever lost sleep over stock trading?
It is said that different types of investors have different sleeping postures. Regular investors sleep on their backs, seemingly enjoying good sleep quality. Pro traders sleep face down, possibly because they are wiping tears with their pillow. No stop-loss traders cannot fall asleep. ---------------------------------- Have you ever lost sleep because of stock trading? Share your experience with us to win rewards! 🎁
