Democratic system, what a joke.. 80% majority just mere written on paper. 9 shares holder make the 80% look stupid. If I am the 80%, I will gather most if not all the 80% to challenge the 9shares holder.
Don't forget that all of your holdings from the 80%, value will go down. Tell the court, then why have AGM to vote? Wasting tax payers' money.
If you guys want to see American great again, these kind of scenario should not be overturned by the court. If not why be the shareholders with our hard earned money to invest.. Wake up 80%..
Or else, better not invest in equities.
