$Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ this can be a good counter to buy as it gets decimated by the highinterest rates. Occupancy rate is stable, and slowly increasing as more companies are still maintaining offices with hybrid working environment. The Average WALE is around 3.86 years as well.

      Definitely. I think in the long run, suspending dividend will prevent distressed sale of properties so it’s better for the REIT. But definitely those holding this for pure dividend play, will let go. Those looking for some cap appreciation can maintain and possibly increase as long as occupancy maintains and interest rates hold or decrease

    Maybe itll reach previous low of 0.09, mkt is uncertain and need to be patient and cautious

      Though i think some updates better than no update from the management. Investors tend to freak out more when its radio silence

    if they have secured a fixed loan from banker for the debt due on June 2024 that will set investors at ease. also if their assets are revalued and drop like 40-50% then there is going to be a serious problem. this is my worst performing REIT. I'm at a point of deciding to whether invest further or to cut losses and put my money into SREIT.
